We require a deposit, or initial stage payment, of 20% upon contract signing and before we start any work, then an additional 50% for the first and every next milestone. Payments may be made via Bank transfer on our USD or EUR account depending on your preferences. You can also book our services with advance payment for the future period of up to 3 months. Whatever you choose, feel free to reach out and ask more about payment terms.
Yes, we ask that as part of our terms and conditions you sign a work contract, with a 20% committal fee payable before we start any new project. The remainder is payable and divided throughout the project.

Unfortunately, this is not something we do. Often, it is much more time-consuming to work with somebody else’s half-finished project than it is to start from scratch.

Yes. We provide 30 days of support which includes bug fixes and technical support on contract. After this period we offer a comprehensive website maintenance plan which will include regular website updates and back-ups.

We want you to be confident in your choice to work with us. That’s why we take extra care to make sure you’re satisfied throughout the process. During our first consultation, we make sure the partnership is a good fit and that we can make your vision come true. From there, we make any charges clear upfront, so you know exactly where you stand before entering into any agreements with us. However, if you’re not satisfied, you can choose to cancel the contract at any phase of collaboration. Since we offer a 0% risk guarantee on all work done in less than 60 days, we will issue you a refund.

During our first meeting, we will get to know each other and discuss the framework of our collaboration. You will tell us more about your business so we can get a better understanding of what you hope to accomplish with the current project. If we are both interested in continuing the project, we will send you a proposal and a questionnaire about your business.

It depends on the project. Usually, we will present you with 3 concepts. Once you choose your preferred one, you have up to 3 revision rounds to refine that concept in terms of shape, fonts, layout etc.
